Court Availability Disclaimer

Court availability information displayed on CourtPeek is an estimate only. Status is inferred from community check-ins and time decay — it is not verified, guaranteed, or endorsed by any city, park district, or facility operator. Courts shown as "Available" may be occupied, and courts shown as "Taken" may be free.

CourtPeek does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. You should always verify court availability in person. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information from the Service.

No Affiliation

CourtPeek is an independent community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any city government, parks department, or tennis facility. Court information is crowd-sourced from community members.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading check-ins.
  • Attempt to manipulate court availability data.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Check-In Data

When you check in, your check-in (court and time) becomes part of the public availability data. By checking in, you grant CourtPeek a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this data to operate and improve the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CourtPeek shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to wasted trips, scheduling conflicts, or reliance on displayed availability information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
